Why am I still being charged when I no longer own my vehicle?

Please get in touch with us immediately by submitting a help request so we can update your account information. You can also update your registered vehicles at any time by logging into your account to add/remove a vehicle. Keep in mind you’ll need to have at least one vehicle registered to your account, so you will need to add a new vehicle before removing one.
